2019年5月10日，美國國際貿易委員會（ITC）投票決定對特定塑膠地板產品（Certain Luxury Vinyl Tile and Components Thereof）啟動337調查（調查編碼：337-TA-1155）。

2019年3月25日，美國Mohawk Industries, Inc、美國Flooring Industries Ltd. Sarl、美國 IVC US Inc向美國ITC提出337立案調查申請，主張對美出口、在美進口和在美銷售的該產品侵犯了其專利權（美國注冊專利號9,200,460、10,208,490 、10,233,655），請求美國ITC發布普遍排除令、有限排除令、禁止令。

美國國際貿易委員會將于立案后45天內確定調查結束期。除美國貿易代表基于政策原因否決的情況外，美國國際貿易委員會在337案件中發布的救濟令自發布之日生效并于發布之日后的第60日起具有終局效力。
