2020年9月2日，美國(guó)國(guó)際貿(mào)易委員會(huì)（ITC）發(fā)布公告稱，對(duì)特定觸控移動(dòng)設(shè)備、計(jì)算機(jī)及其組件（Certain Touch-Controlled Mobile Devices, Computers,and Components Thereof，調(diào)查編碼：337-TA-1162）作出337部分終裁：對(duì)本案行政法官于2020年8月20日作出的初裁（No. 59）不予復(fù)審，即基于和解，終止對(duì)美國(guó)企業(yè)HP Inc. of Palo Alto, California的調(diào)查。

2019年6月19日，美國(guó)國(guó)際貿(mào)易委員會(huì)（ITC）投票決定對(duì)特定觸控移動(dòng)設(shè)備、計(jì)算機(jī)及其組件（Certain Touch-Controlled Mobile Devices, Computers,and Components Thereof）啟動(dòng)337調(diào)查（調(diào)查編碼：337-TA-1162）。

2019年5月22日，愛(ài)爾蘭Neodron Ltd. of Dublin, Ireland向美國(guó)ITC提出337立案調(diào)查申請(qǐng)，主張對(duì)美出口、在美進(jìn)口和在美銷售的該產(chǎn)品侵犯了其專利權(quán)（美國(guó)注冊(cè)專利號(hào)8,432,173、8,791,910、9,024,790、 9,372,580），請(qǐng)求美國(guó)ITC發(fā)布有限排除令、禁止令。
